Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided ONLY in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Predictions: If our Mines predictor provides demonstrably incorrect predictions that result in losses, you may be eligible for a refund. You must provide proof of the prediction error and game results.
• Technical Failures: If our service experiences a critical technical failure that prevents you from using the predictor as intended, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Non-Delivery: If you have made payment but did not receive access to the service within 24 hours, and payment confirmation is verified.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Gambling losses unrelated to prediction errors
• User error in following prediction instructions
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Account suspension or ban by Stake.com
• Inability to use the service due to restrictions in your jurisdiction
• Dissatisfaction with profit amounts (results may vary)
• After 14 days from the date of purchase
• For lifetime subscriptions that have been activated

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

1. Contact our support team via Discord or Telegram within 14 days of purchase
2. Provide your transaction ID and proof of payment
3. Explain the reason for your refund request with detailed evidence
4. For prediction error claims, provide:
   • Screenshots of the prediction provided by our tool
   • Screenshots of the actual game results on Stake.com
   • Date and time of the prediction
   • Game session details

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• We will review your request within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment
• You must provide a valid wallet address for refund processing
• Transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
• Access to the service will be immediately revoked upon refund approval

5. Cryptocurrency Considerations

Important notes about cryptocurrency refunds:

• Refunds are calculated based on the USD equivalent at the time of the original transaction
• We are not responsible for cryptocurrency value fluctuations
• Blockchain network fees are non-refundable
• Refund amounts may differ from the original payment due to exchange rate changes
• You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address for refunds

6. Chargebacks

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, chargebacks are not possible. Attempting to dispute a transaction through your payment provider or wallet service will result in immediate account termination without refund. All refund requests must go through our official support channels.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of full refunds. This is determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Partial refunds may be offered for:

• Minor technical issues that were quickly resolved
• Service interruptions lasting less than 48 hours
• Situations where the service was partially usable

8. Subscription Cancellations

For time-based subscriptions:

• 1-day subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated
• Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after activation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for unused time
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

9. Prediction Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI prediction algorithms are highly accurate, no prediction system is 100% accurate. Refunds for prediction errors are granted only when there is clear evidence of a system malfunction or algorithmic error, not for normal variation in prediction accuracy. Gambling inherently involves risk and uncertainty.

10. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Multiple refund requests or patterns of refund abuse will result in permanent account termination and blacklisting from our services.
